Delivery & Returns

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of placement and verification. Once verified, orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise noted, and arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Please note UPS cannot ship to post offices boxes and USPS will be used as an alternative shipping method. Expedited shipping may be chosen by calling 1.800.932.9873. In the event that an error was made in the processing or shipping of your order, please contact us at 1.800.932.9873 above within five (5) business days of the receipt of your order.

Returns and Exchanges – If you are not satisfied with your April Rain Skin Science purchase and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping and handling, please call 1.800.932.9873 for a Return Authorization (RA) request within (30) calendar days of purchase. Only April Rain Skin Science products purchased online at aprilrainskinscience.com and/or rainewskincare.com may be returned and refunded or replaced (less shipping and handling). All returns must be shipped to 1085 12th Ave NW, Issaquah, WA 98027. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the consumer. In order to receive a full refund, you must return your original packing slip/invoice, including a Return Authorization (RA) code, along with the unused portion of your product. Purchases made at any other retail location must follow the return policy of the vendor.

Products purchased through aprilrainskinscience.com and/or rainewskincare.com may not be returned to your aesthetician or physician (or vise versa). Credit will be issued to your account upon the receipt of returned goods that are accompanied by the required information noted above. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
